working with one person instead of a team that everybody just just passed the blame to somebody else

Evelyn was fantastic with communicating through the entire loan process. She was delightful to work with.

Evelyn was the best! she was there for us from day one right thru closing she assisted or even did thungs for us to make the process super easy to close She stayed pisitive and explained everything in detail, always making us feel comfortable...

Evelyn was very quick to respond and answer all and any questions or concerns I had regarding the loan process. She was also very friendly and pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend.
