Rob is knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained aspects of the loan process clearly and worked quickly and effectively with my agent to negotiate the best deal for me.
This was a positive experience. Everyone I worked with in connection with this loan was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would refer a friend and If rates go down again, I would consider refinancing with Brenda again.
