Refi was a fairly seamless process
I was contacted about a lower interest rate for my refinance. Mitchell Jones and Nova reached out to me to make that happen. They care about thier costomers.
John worked overtime to help with a difficult transaction.
All the folks involved with the various steps were responsive immediately for questions and help. I live out of town and so doing the loan could have been stressful but they were always available by phone any hour of the day or night.
