Ian answered all my questions and handled any concerns very quickly. He was on top of the whole process. All of the loan process was handled online and through email until the final signing, which used an in-person notary.
I loved that from the beginning we were communicating via email. He laid upfront what I can expect, and proceeded from there. He was always responsive.
