Ian provided us with multiple different options for our loan and advised us on the best option for us. We were notified of every step along the process with detailed notes on next steps. Highly recommend!
Although we ended up with a different mortgage provider because we stumbled onto a lower rate with a local bank, I won't hesitate to reach out to Ian when we pursue a refinance with major renovations within the next few years.
Ian was great to deal with. His response time was amazing and he kept the entire process super simple for us. We really appreciated his willingness to get on the phone to explain things when necessary.
Ian is out to get your deposit than hold it over your head if prices go down. He is not a nice person. Likes to say stuff like, “it seems you don’t understand math” when you ask him to beat competitor pricing. Beware.
