Bob's a great loan officer. I've worked with him twice now. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.

Very friendly and easy to work with. Walked me through every step of the process. Worked with him before and he actually called me to let me know how much further rates had dropped than what I had. Definitely saved me some money.
