Bob over explained everything. He did it in a way that was very easy to understand. Definitely has the down to earth, normal guy way of explaining the process and what's going on. days when i didnt hear from him it felt weird.

Jake was extremely proactive and helpful. He was always on top of the things during the entire process and kept us in loop every step of the way. He went out of his way to get things from our lawyer when our lawyer was not responsive.

Jeff has been a constant support throughout the years. He's available when I have a question or a concern. His replies are efficient. Jeff makes sure that the rates I'm getting are the lowest. He guides me through the process and explains everything...
