Josh was extremely helpful and patient while working with us. We felt he went out of his way to accommodate our crazy schedule. He answered all our questions via phone or email very quickly.

The Ruoff team was excellent to work with. Anytime I had a question or needed information they were quick to respond and very helpful during the whole mortgage process. Won't hesitate to call them up again next time.
