Nick has worked with my clients for over a year. He gave them every piece of advice on how to get properly qualified to purchase a home. He informed all of us on the process from day one and followed through on everything into the closing day....

Prompt and clear communication. Helped the process feel relatively smoother, as it an anxious one. Michael was so responsive as well during points of placing bids, which timing can be especially crucial.
