At times felt like we had difficulty communicating through the process . Brian and his assistant Katie were wonderful to work with. Things became less clear as we worked with the processor.

first time buyers may not have any understanding on the home buying and needs a full details on every stage of the process Payment must start when they move in especially when the loan include renovation

Better preparation by the processors and underwriters. Communication with Kara was easy and she was always going out of her way to be helpful, but when it came to the processors there seemed to be no care given to my particular case or details....
