I had the worst ever experience with Leonard, he was not responsive at all, he did not communicate well with me about the requirements, progress, loan and even I was mot sure if we would make the walk through day. I had to reach out to builders...

The worst experience ever. Not responsive, hardly reachable. Do not trust him when he says he will credit you points towards closing cost.

Leonard and his team were attentive to my needs and returned my emails and calls promptly. He made the loan experience easy and I highly recommend him

Nate guided us through the every step of the way. We had been working with a different person. We were introduced to Nate as the "preferred lender" He asked many questions and prequalified us for $200k more than we actually used.
