Karen was very responsive, friendly and worked through the process very timely manner. She is personable therefore we did not feel that we are hassling to refinance but always felt that we are in safe hands.

Jim kept us aware of what was going each step of the way. He was always available for questions. He was friendly and professional. I’ve been through about a dozen Refis and this was the best overall experience!
