Better guidamce and willingness to lock in a desirable rate during float period. I felt like I was forgotten about during a critical time pruor to closing.

Greg was willing to search for me and constant update our plan to get the best options for me that were available. He was hard working, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.
