The communication was good. I do think it would be good to warn first time buyers of the amount of documents that are needed so that it doesnt feel as overwhelming later on.

Michael was extremly communicative and top of it everything throughout the transaction. He acted with urgency and was very easy to work with! Not only that, he was personable and made the experience very enjoyable!
