Steve was always willing to answer my questions, even if I asked it twice. He also has a network of different financial services that helped me out during this transition. I'm so glad I went with Steve and Envoy.

I like the fact that when I had a question they were quickly addressed.

It was a overall good experience with them but, the communication could have been a lot better!

The communications and easy electronic signatures made the refi very easy.

We have utilized Mike's services twice and been very happy!

Attention to details

I had absolutely no issues during this process. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to someone else. Thank you so much for making this process so easy.

Wally was extremely helpful during the entire mortgage process. He was available whenever we had a question and was so knowledgeable. We had a great experience with Wally and will definitely be recommending him to our friends and family.

Phone calls were almost never returned sometimes up to 7 days till I even got a call back... Stephen never answers his phone... Tells me hes going to call me back and a little bit and sometimes doesn't call back at all... Almost impossible...

Clear communication! All our questions were answered and explained in a timely fashion. The experience was seamless with all expectations and documents that would be needed outlined from the beginning! Thank you again!
