Great all around experience !

Took the time to answer any questions in a timely manner and got to close quickly

Steve communicates professionally and timely. I loved the emails with updates throughout the loan process.

Steves team was always responsive and communicated clearly.

Mike and his team were extremely detailed, accessible and communicative. Thanks for delivering great customer service even when this transaction took many twists and turns.

Mike was incredibly helpful, patient, and accessible. Three things that are very important especially to a first time home buyer. Both Bernice and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with!
