Steven Gouveia is a class act and makes the whole process fun!!!! This is not my first rodeo with him and I plan on getting in the ring with him many more times.
Even though settlement date had to be extended, because of a failure of Freddie Mac, the team at Envoy got it done in the end. Steve is always responsive and communicative. Its always a pleasant experience working with him!
