She had done mortgages for me in the past so a lot of the beginning work she was able to do for me. Made things much easier on my end.

Dena was quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. I truly felt she had my best interest at heart when it came to refinancing.

Unfamiliar with online process which made me slightly insecure
