Everything was good. I felt the underwriter was being ridiculous with all the extra information they needed, but overall, it was a great experience.

Marty stepped in and funded a loan in record time when another lender was unable to get it done in time, jeopardizing my buyer's purchase. If it weren't for Marty's quick work, experience and professionalism, the buyer would have lost the home....

Everything was very clear and everyone tried their best to help me with the proces.
