We had a few obstacles from the beginning and Toby was able to get us where we needed to be.

It was a pleasure to work with Toby again on another transaction. I represented the seller and she was the lending officer for the buyers. She provided great service to the buyer and always kept me informed at every stage of the transaction....

I dont usually do reviews but I needed to give credit where credit is due- especially considering the importance of having someone that is helpful in the process of buying a house. James and his team were absolutely amazing and willing to answer...

James and his team were truly great. They were always available for the many questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and understood everything. Really happy I was helped by them!

Alexander provided the client and myself, the realtor, with documentation and videos that clearly explained the entire lending process. He was always very responsive throughout the entire transaction!

Alex was great in helping to get our loan closed out in a timely manner and professionally!

Patience and willingness to take time to explain everything simply.

Very little communication, had to submit several forms more than once, last minute scramble on paperwork that should have been asked for at the beginning on an FHA loan (should be more knowledgeable on these loans...it is their JOB). Little...

Communication from Alexander was always helpful even when we were not at all certain what we needed to do next. His patient and reassuring manner kept us on track. We are glad we got to do business with him.
