Calm demeanor, responsive and knowledgeable

Alexander and Rita kept us well informed on every step of the process. Regular communications settled my nerves in what could have been a bit of a scary process. Outstanding support. Thank you.

Alexander was amazing at communication! I loved working with him and plan on sending his name out to future clients.

Excellent customer service and timely communications.

Had some issues with the underwriter but Alexander worked hard to make it right.

Communication was confusing once I choose to go with PHM. Up till that point I had one point of contact, after that I had emails from my multiple people with out awareness of who they were and what they role would be.

She was very polite and professional, she was always available even after hours and explained the process to me.
