Jeffrey was helpful and was willing to listen to the issues which the loan presented for us. Overall, I would rate him excellent.

Jeff was always responsive and courteous, so were the other members of his team. My realtor was also very impressed with his service.

I don't have huge amounts of experience with financial advisors or consultants. I'm not sure how much weight my opinion should have then but from my viewpoint, Jeffrey was professional, easy to work with, competent, relaxed and yet on call...

He walked us through many scenarios and answered any questions we had, no matter how clueless we were about some parts of the process. He was always kind and happy to help us out.
