Cayla and the team did a superb job communicating what information was needed and keeping me up to date on the status of the loan approval. Her comms were clear and timely.

Brian is an excellent loan officer. I’ve worked with him a few times along with other family members. He is extremely responsive to questions and unfailingly meets all timing requirements.

Cayla was direct, communicative, and friendly. She put me at ease and kept me up to date the entire time. I really felt like she cared about me individually and had a vested interest in my loan during the whole process.

Steven was very professional. He didn't have a problem explaining things to us. He was an outstanding asset to our home buying process
