Our client bought new construction and the build took ten months. Throughout the transaction Trezven kept us updated on everything and made sure the transaction ran smoothly. He provided our client with a white glove 5 star experience.

Given a better “estimate” lender claims that the 3,000 closing disclosure discrepancy is due to attorney fees. Attorney fees to not vary that much and I feel as if the entire time I was led astray. Did not receive final closing disclosure only...
