David and his team is very professional. From the moment we made contact with them-we were given all information to be successful and they were there every step of the way answering questions and providing guidance.

Fred got me the best rate possible and got closing costs to a minimum. I really appreciated his hard work and willingness to help. As a first time home buyer, he made the process very easy.
