Cory was easy to work with and always available for questions. Very hard working and dedicated person. He really made our loan process fast and easy. Would recommend him to anyone.

Cory Roberts did an excellent job. If i called and had questions, he answered them right then. He had me approved quickly and is a great guy to have as a banker.

Fred came through for us. We needed a pre-approval letter on a Sunday. Without Fred doing this For us we would not have gotten our dream home. Highly recommended!

Everything moved as swiftly as possible given the current state of the world. I was pretty happy with how my questions were answered and the ability to contact the lender with questions.

Fred was helpful and the process was painless. He answered questions when we had them. I would recommend Fred and Flatbranch Home Loans in general! The app was so easy to use.

The gentleman was a pleasure to work with. Very nice and polite and gave advice when questioned...Worked well with our agent. Mr. Weber was great with us in every aspect of the loan process. Would recommend him to anyone I know buying a house...thank...

David was excellent to work with. Once the process started he was very good at keeping us up to date. And when we had a question we could call and he was always very helpful in finding the answer.

We will refer all our family to David Nelson of Flat Branch , He explained a lot of paperwork , always return calls and text promptly, answered all questions and kept us calm at closing Thank you
