Ellen was great. She is very knowledgeable and answers your questions quickly and thoroughly. She made the lending process stress free.

The level of communication was stellar. Every time we texted or called Ellen, she answered immediately -- it is hard to find customer service at this high level and she made us feel like we were the most important customer she had.
