At the beginning I was feeling nervous but they made the process really easy and the communication was top notch. I really like the status bar they would send to show the progression.

The NAF team was wonderful to work with, from the very begining of the process Ellen and the team helped us work through what the best options would be for our mortage and finances. We could Immediately tell that we were in good hands and apreciated...

Communication was clear and concise on what was needed from us for our loan. The documents were easily accessible and readily available. When we did have question they were answered clearly and within reasonable time.
