Adam was friendly, honest, and had my best interest in mind. He answered my questions and I did not feel pressured to obtain the loan through NAF. Also, I do not know if he was the loan processor, so if I answered that incorreclty, I apologize....

everyone did their jobs and were pretty efficient with the process. communication got kind of confusing as i wasnt sure who was who in the beginning but everyone was friendly and prompt with their moving parts. overall a good experience

The computer system was awful, and significantly delayed the processing. I can't remember now what was initially missing from the loan processor, but we got it fixed. Stuff happens.
