James was professional and answered questions and phone calls right away. He made me feel like I was "a friend" he was helping through the process. I think that is very important character quality. Not everyone has this and he should be recognized...

Experience was fine. As I worked with Teressa first, it is hard to rate Brett completely but the time I did have with him was good. It was Lisa who I did not enjoy working with.

Processing Our File Went cery very Slow 💁🏽‍♀️Having the Documents the Documents that was asked from Us Early Still wasn't put in Consideration and Move Forward instead We got drag along We Close After the Dead line 👎🏾

Great job Kevin

There were a few steps done out of order. Causing some rushing when there was ample time to complete those steps before. Rushing leads to mistakes that someone will have to be held responsible for.
