Again, Paul and Chad (and their team) made the experience much less stressful than i thought possible. They were always accessable, informative and patient. Everything was done smoothly and so quick--just about 30 days - and that's with Christmas...

All parties involved being responsive. I can appreciate that we did this process during the holidays so it took some time for things to be reviewed, but not responding to emails/voicemails to keep us updated was frustrating.
