Very helpful and responsive. As a first time homebuyer they gave us in detail responses when we had questions and made sure to go over all of the paperwork as it was sent to us.

The last two weeks prior to closing I believe Paul was on vacation as was Elise who was handling paperwork. Paul had no out of office on his email nor did it state who to contact in his absence. Fortunately Elise did.

Paul made the whole refinance process very easy as I had not done it before. He answered all my questions and was able to make the process very quick for me. What I thought might be complicated, he streamlined for me.
