Chris made the process of applying very easy. I had a couple of problems but he solved them in a timely manner.
Michele was always accessible and proactive n our interest. With our her monitoring and advice, this transaction would have bogged down.
It was the great knowledge and communication skills from Chris that made this a great experience.
My client switched lenders pretty close to closing and Michele sealed the deal super fast.

Really, working by email and phone maybe difficult to contact. Often would get answering machines and a while to respond back if at all. First contact good but lacked interaction after that.
Michele was quite attentive to my needs and didn't assume anything. She is a very meticulous interviewer with an incredible personality. I was reassured that the process would be smooth.
