All in all good experience. Little run around and some confusion. But when isn't there any when financing a house. Would recommend and would use again.

Disbursement issues...when will it be deposited in personal bank account. The bills where checks were written were not not directly forward to merchants which it was my understanding that it was. I had no ideal to expect a check from FedEx....

Once we started the process it would take several days and several tries to get questions answered by anyone at Planet Home. The process of refi was slow and many mistakes were made by planet home employees slowing the process even more.
Christopher was knowledgeable and very efficient. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure to work with him.
