The process was smooth and easy. Mr Jaeger was always there when I had a question for him and would always return my phone calls in a timely matter if he was away.
Rudy was prompt in distribution of the materials that needed review and signed. He answered any question I had with precise knowledge of his job. I would recommend anyone wanting to refinance to use planet home lending and ask for Rudy.
The refinancing process was easy, but when it came to signing the papers with a notary that is when it got a little crazy but to no fault of Planet Home, that was between the state of Louisiana, the title company and the notary service.
