Hard to reach anyone on the phone, calls and emails were not returned. Was not told that a second person would be calling me requiring information.
Chris was very informative but the amount of pages in the disclosure is way to many and because of Covid it took way to long to complete from April until July
Michele made sure I understood everything and made sure she followed up when she said she would.
It was a pleasure working with Francis. He was attentive to our needs and was always available to answer any questions that we had.
