Almost painless experience. Signing the paper two times was rough, though.
Chris was always on top of things, and he reassured us through this very long process due to Covid. He was a pleasure to work with, and I will refer him to all my friends in the future.
Overall it was a great experience other than it took several month to complete which made no sense at all. We did finally get it completed.
Made the process to refinance our home loan easy and fast.
Karl was very responsive and knowledgeable.
I was kept informed on loan status, changes were handled quickly, closing was great
