Chris is very professional and personable and completed our refinance as promised!
I didn't know anything about the refi process and Francis made it all very easy. I had questions along the way, each of which Francis answered quickly. No real complaints. Very pleased.
Convenient from the start and Rudy stayed in touch through the process. Even went beyond call of duty for closing as I was traveling across country.
