Rudy was great to deal with and was very efficient and got right back to us with the answers to any questions we had.
Chris kept me up-to-date throughout the refinance process, even when delays occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic. He reached out on several occasions to update me on the progress and closing date.
No issues at all.
