Quick service and great communication.
We loved working with Karl because he is informative, and honest, and he responded to our questions quite quickly considering we're in different time zone.
If when my husband called someone would have answered the phone or at least called us back. It took almost a year to get the refinancing done.
Hard to get in contact with him. Took way longer than he said it would.
