Friendly and helpful staff. Always been a pleasant experience when I have had to come into the bank.
The lady that opened my account was professional,knowledgeable and efficient. It didn’t take her long at all !
Kirstin is excellent. Very helpful.
The information provided when I called prior to coming in answered all my questions. When I came in the Branch Manager was a pleasure to work with to open my 2st CIBM account a CD.

everything's went as expected and setting up account was great.
It was a pleasant experience and seemed welcoming as I moved here from Ohio...I can't say that about my experience with the bank I have been for years..
