Peggy was excellent! She was very accommodating and it was my first time buying a home so I was a little unsure about the process but she helped me through it!

I had no idea how to buy a house. Ruoff Motgage made it really easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that doesn't know the process.

My questions were answered promptly and explained well. Stephanie was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly even tho this is my first mortgage ever and I was very nervous and ignorant about the process before Stephanies help....
