TO hav elower rates, so the bloodsucking banks don't steal frok me as much as they did last year. Chrtistopher was great in our interactions, banks as a hole should be not allowe dot have interest rates over 1% when it comes to homes.
Great communication.
Everything except cancelling closing TWICE which set us back by over a week . It's all good now though!

Erik was very helpful. He did a great job explaining the contract and the interest rate. He answered any questions I had and returned my calls in a timely manner. It was a great experience, and I would recommend him to anyone.
