Mr. Stark took the time to explain to us the process and communicated through out the process.
Zachary followed up with clear communication almost immediately after i asked questions or had concerns. He walked us through the entire process and followed up when there were delays. He was kind and understanding throughout the process.
I had a lot of questions and was very high maintenance. Erik always assisted me with a smile in his voice. He even got to where he recognized my number and would answer with my name included in his greeting.
