The opportunity to decrease the interest rate in half and refinance for five less years. What a blessing!
Being able to have direct contact with Zachary Giambalvo( loan officer)that originated my refinance loan from start to finish and sometimes in between when i had questions.
Chris was pleasant and very helpful at application. Once the loan moved to Shavon it was very unpleasant. I had the closet show up at 6pm with out an appointment to close. Since I was a current customer, customer service sucked!
