Eric was always available for assistance but the many errors and hold ups in the paperwork, The unannounced cancellations of the notary x3, the many text to correct paperwork after we finally signed, should have gone elsewhere in the end.

It would have been better if there were more communication throughout the process. We are new to home ownership and don’t know exactly how everything works.
