A great communicator, helped out a lot and he make sure we’re satisfied and know every details of what’s going on.
When I called to discuss refinancing Chris gave me all the details I needed to make a decision on a streamline va loan.
When I called and he was not available he would call back within the same day.
Ease of process. Communication. Refi took a long time but that’s not Planet Home Lending’s fault.
