The closing was timely and handled professional.
I realize this past year has been difficult for everyone but taking 4 months? to refinance is crazy. Zachary was very professional every time we ever spoke. Under normal circumstances I would think things would have gone much quicker.

There was a lack of attention from the loan processor. My loan was pushed back few weeks due to lack of due diligence on her part. I thought this could have prevented if more attention was paid to the documents when the process was started....
