Mr. Stark was very professional and if I had any questions I could call or email anytime and he was there with an answer. He made the process less stressful and kept me up-to-date until the loan was transferred over to my loan processor.
Zach did everything he said he would. We had issues with others at Planet Home, poor quality,attention to details and follow through. However. Zach was a huge help. If he had not been supporting us, we would have walked away from our deal.
It's probably not a reflection on Erik, but this closing took almost a year to complete.
