Chris was a superstar. Very professional, courteous, explained every detail of the process and was in constant communication.
From the start with Kenneth to receiving documents to signing with the notary Mr. Cobbs everything went as explained/expected an completed within the time frame provided.
Hard to reach at times and sometimes don’t even get a call back.
The entire process went smoothly, and was much easier than I had anticipated. Chris had excellent communication skills, and was upfront about how long the process may take. Wish I would have refinanced sooner!
